Florist Maenhaut does its best to replicate its products presented on the website as similarly as possible, products that are not in stock at the time of the order are replaced by an equivalent product, applicable to flowers, arrangements, bouquets, pots, vases and plants. For deliveries outside of the greater Ghent area the order excution will be done by the local florist and Florist Maenhaut is not able to verify or guarantee the availabillity of the products on this website. The localflorist will be informed by your wishes and try to deliver a similar product.
In no case can Florist Maenhaut be obliged to make any compensation or refund.

Florist Maenhaut does its best to deliver products at a certain time (am / pm / hour) if so requested by the customer, but cannot guarantee this. Entering a telephone number can be useful here.

Receiving an SMS when the delivery has been made is only possible when it concerns a delivery within Groot - Gent by our own service.

Florist Maenhaut is no longer responsible for products that may be left in front of the door or may be delivered to the neighbors at the customer's request, once these have been left behind or have been delivered to the neighbors.

Florist Maenhaut guarantees the best quality and does not take back products that have been damaged or broken due to incorrect handling by the customer. This arrangement also includes poor care of and dimensional damage to all our items.

Exceptions are only granted by members of the Florist Maenhaut team.
